ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
How Zangkhar students care for their environment
01.
Annual Tree Plantation
Students, teachers, and local villagers plant native trees each year to restore nearby hillsides and school grounds. This hands-on activity teaches children to care for the land.
02.
Plastic-Free Campus
The school promotes reusable bottles while discouraging single-use plastics. Regular clean-up drives and waste-sorting points help students build daily habits.
03.
Eco-Awareness Workshops
Teachers and local experts coordinate thematic debate in the school, initiate interactive sessions on climate change and forest protection. Through these sessions, students learn how daily choices matter.
