Day 2 – Ascent to Jele Dzong
Begin your trek with a gradual climb through apple orchards and pine forests to a ridge-top monastery.
Day 3 – Above the Clouds
Traverse high ridges with sweeping Himalayan views and encounter nomadic yak herders in the rhododendron forests.

High Passes & Alpine Lakes
Day 4 – The Lake of Spirits
Trek to Jimilang Tsho, a pristine alpine lake famous for its giant trout and mountain reflections.
Day 5 – Sacred Vistas
Continue along the ridge to Simkotra Tsho with panoramic views of Northern Bhutanese peaks.
Day 6 – Descent to Phajoding
Descend into the Thimphu valley via the sacred Phajoding Monastery, a haven of peace and prayer flags.
