This 8-day itinerary explores the contrast between the western valleys and high alpine ridges. While Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha are covered in golden harvest fields, the Gangtey Tshechu takes place in the cool glacial bowl of Phobjikha. Experience sacred rituals and crisp mountain air away from the lower valley warmth.

See the western regions of Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha in the autumn harvest. This trip blends the Gangtey festival with golden terraced hills. You will witness sacred dances and local seasonal customs.
